The 25 Single Glazed System is a modern, slimline aluminium glazing
solution featuring a head channel and two-part wall/floor channel,
each measuring 25mm wide by 25mm high. This system includes two
types of deflection, a door frame, and a banding system.
The 54 Double Glazed System is a contemporary, slimline aluminium
glazing solution that includes a head channel and two-part
wall/floor channel, each measuring 54mm wide by 25mm high. This

The 100 Double Glazed System is a state-of-the-art aluminium
glazing solution that includes a head channel and two-part
wall/floor channel, each measuring 100mm wide by 25mm high. This
system incorporates two types of deflection, a door frame, and a
banding system.

Acoustic testing results for each system performed at a certified
UKAS facility in the United Kingdom
The 25 is a sleek and modern aluminium glazing system
designed with a slimline profile. It features a 1-Part
component, measuring 25mm x 25mm, that functions as both
a head channel and a wall abutment. Additionally, it includes
a 2-Part component (comprising a chair and bead) also
measuring 25mm x 25mm, which is intended for use as a base
channel and wall abutment where a removable bead is
required.
Head deflection of up to +/- 25mm can be accommodated
using our male/female deflection set, or +/- 20mm deflection
with our 50mm deep 1-Part head channel. Both options
integrate
seamlessly
with
the
rest
of
the
system's
components.
In addition, 25 glazing systems come with a matching door
frame that maintains the modern slimline design.
All components come with a pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal
that accommodates either 10mm/10.8mm or 12mm/12.8mm
glass, and each component is 3000 mm in length.
Tested in a UKAS-accredited laboratory, the 25 single-glazed
system achieves excellent acoustic performance, with a
rating of up to Rw38dB when using 12.8mm acoustic
laminated glass. Full test reports are available upon request.

25 Standard
25 standard is a slimline aluminium glazing system comprising “1-part” for use as a head
and wall channel, and a “2-part” (chair and bead) used as a base and wall channel.
Both components measure 25mm in width by 25mm in height and are compatible with all
other components in 25mm system.
25 standard sections come with pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal that accommodates
either 10mm/10.8mm or 12mm/12.8mm glass.
All components are 3000 mm long.

25 Deep
The 25 deep is single-glazed “1-part” section, for use as a head channel that
offers a deflection of +/-20mm. It measures 25mm in width by 50mm in height.
The 25 deep section comes with pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal that
accommodates either 10mm/10.8mm or 12mm/12.8mm glass.
This section is compatible with all other components in 25mm system.
All components are 3000mm long.
